Founding & Managing Partner
With over 7 years of legal and professional practice, Ronald is the Managing Partner of the firm, where he oversees a broad portfolio of practice areas, including Land Law and Conveyancing, Debt Collection, Arbitration, Corporate Governance, Criminal Law, Family Practice, and Human Resource Advisory. He holds a Master’s in Diplomacy & International Studies (MADIS) from Uganda Martyrs University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) from Kampala International University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. He has also pursued specialized training in Arbitration (ICAMEK, Kampala) and Digital Forensic & Electronic Evidence Handling (EALS Institute).
Beyond his practice, Ronald actively contributes to the legal and philanthropic landscape as a member of several professional and regional bodies, including the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, Uganda Law Society, East African Law Society, African Philanthropy Forum, and East African Philanthropy Forum.
PARTNER
Trevor is a Partner at the Firm, bringing 6 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Transactions, Taxation, Banking & Finance, and Transaction Advisory Compliance. He has developed a strong reputation for structuring transactions, guiding businesses through complex compliance frameworks, and offering practical legal solutions that support both local and international clients.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (LDC), and a Diploma in Taxation and Revenue Administration (PODITRA). He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of East London, where he is also an active member of the University of East London Student Union and the UK National Union of Students. In addition, he has undertaken specialized training in Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), with certifications in Designing AML/CFT Compliance Programs and identifying Red Flags in the Accounting Sector.
ASSOCIATE
Allan is an Associate at the Firm, with a strong foundation in legal practice and a growing portfolio of experience across diverse areas of law. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
As part of the firm’s dynamic team, Allan contributes to legal research, client advisory, drafting, and case preparation. His commitment to excellence and attention to detail position him as a valuable support in advancing the firm’s client-focused solutions.
